Nutra Supplements believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore a liberal cancellation, return and refund policy. Under this policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the shipment company for shipping.
- Return or replacement request will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of successful delivery of the products to the customer.
- Nutra Supplements does not accept returns or replacements once the product seal is opened as all the items are perishable items. However, return or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is defective or damaged.
- If you have any doubts regarding the authenticity of product, do not open the seal and contact our team.
- In such cases, always record a video while opening the package.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Nutra team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- The Nutra Team, after looking into your raised complaint or request, will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of any Refund approved by the Nutra Supplements, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
